Meet the Office for Students with Disabilities – October 7, 2015

Posted on 17 September 2015 by Marian Padure

Where and when:  Wednesday, November 7, 2015, 17:00-18:30, Office for Students with Disabilities, Dorm III, ground floor (back entrance), Hasdeu Student Complex.

At the beginning of the academic year 2015-2016, we invite you to get acquainted with the people, activities, services and possibilities of involvement in facilitating the participation of students with special needs in the academic life of our University. On 7 October at 17:00, we will present the BSD activities of the 2014-2015 academic year and plans for the new year (with openings for new ideas).  We look forward to seeing you at this event and all BSD activities in the new school year.

The UBB Office for Students with Disabilities operates within the UBB Rectorate’s organizational chart, with the objectives of facilitating and supporting the inclusion of students with diverse learning needs in university life, as well as informing teachers and students about accessibility and disability. In this direction, BSD offers a series of educational events on accessibility (physical and social), some of them with the participation of foundations, associations and institutions (national and international) actively involved in ensuring a barrier-free life for people with disabilities.

More details about BSD can be found at centre.ubbcluj.ro/bsd or on the Bureau’s Facebook page.
